SERIES 400HP
Rolling Steel Series 400HP High Performance Rolling Service Door
The Janus International 400HP Series High Performance Door sets the standard for rolling steel systems—built for durability, security, and smooth operation up to 24" per second. A fraction of the cost of high-speed doors, it delivers up to 3x faster performance, 16x the cycle life, and unmatched reliability for maximum protection and efficiency in any industrial or commercial application.
STANDARD FEATURES
- 3-piece steel guides with UHMW strip
- UL325 NEMA photo eye sensors
- UL325 3'/6' NEMA light curtain
- Springless barrel, universal left/right handing
- Soft-start/stop DC motor
- Guides, bottom bars, and headplates are Envirocron powder coated black at the factory
- Speed up to 24" open / 12" close
- 400k cycles, 2-year warranty
OPTIONS
- Vision panels: 5" x 3/4" cutouts with clear Lexan (flat slat only).
- High-cycle option: Up to 600,000 cycles or 3 years.
- Traffic light kit: 3' IP68 LED.
- QuickPak crating: Reduces install time, cost and damage.
- Brush seal: Header and jamb seal with aluminum retainer.
