Ramey Jackson is the CEO at Janus International, the leading global manufacturer of doors, hallways, relocatable storage systems, and smart entry and facility automation solutions for the self-storage industry. Jackson has a wealth of experience in self-storage and has spent nearly two decades in sales and marketing leadership roles within the industry. Prior to joining the Janus team in 2002, Jackson served as a regional sales manager at Doors and Building Components Inc. and also held various sales and marketing titles at both Atlas Door and GA Power. Jackson is an Atlanta native and enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids on the lake.
Mr. Wong, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has 25 years of experience in finance leadership and strategy roles and oversees Janus’s finance organization, including financial planning and analysis, accounting and reporting, internal audit, corporate development, and investor relations.
Wong joins Janus from General Electric (NYSE: GE), where he served as CFO of GE Digital, contributing his strong experience across financial control and reporting, corporate strategy, and business transformation. He previously served as Vice President and Deputy CFO at Resideo Technologies (NYSE: REZI), where he was responsible for building a finance organization in connection with its spin-off from Honeywell International (NASDAQ: HON). Prior to that, he served in finance leadership roles at Honeywell for most of his career and held CFO positions for some of Honeywell’s largest business units.
Mr. Hodges serves as the Company’s Executive Vice President. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Hodges owned and operated a general contracting firm which constructed, among other things, self storage facilities. Mr. Hodges has more than 25 years of experience in the self storage industry and is widely respected by industry participants.
Mr. Nettie joined the Company in 2002 and is the Company’s Vice President of Manufacturing. Prior to Janus, Mr. Nettie was a senior manager with Doors and Building Components, Inc. Mr. Nettie has more than 25 years of experience in installation and production of commercial and self storage products. He is a graduate of Michigan State University.
Elliot Kahler serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Janus International Group. Kahler joined Janus as Corporate Counsel in 2018 and was integral in establishing the Company’s in-house Legal department. His deep acumen in corporate and transactional law helped Janus achieve significant growth through his trusted counsel. Prior to joining Janus, Elliot was an Atlanta-based attorney, where he focused his practice on corporate and transactional law. Elliot is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia. He received his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Emory University.
David Vanevenhoven is the Chief Accounting Officer at Janus International Group. Mr. Vanevenhoven brings over 15 years of experience in financial accounting and auditing to oversee Janus’s accounting function, financial reporting, and internal controls. Mr. Vanevenhoven joins Janus from Mirion Technologies (NYSE: MIR), where he served as a Global Controller and led accounting and integration of several acquisitions. Prior to his tenure at Mirion Technologies, Mr. Vanevenhoven oversaw financial reporting and accounting processes as Assistant Corporate Controller/Director of Accounting at Fleet Farm (a KKR Portfolio Company). Earlier in his career, Mr. Vanevenhoven held senior auditing positions at KPMG leaving the firm as a Senior Manager. Mr. Vanevenhoven is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin Eau-Claire.
Rebecca Castillo is the Vice President of Human Resources at Janus International. Castillo joined Janus in 2016 as Director of Human Resources, utilizing her more than 25 years of dedicated human resources work to help shape recruiting, talent, and employee relations successes and processes within the Janus family of companies. Prior to joining Janus’s team, Castillo most recently served as a Regional Human Resources Manager where she led the employee relations and compliance functions for a major landscaping firm. Castillo received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Mercer University’s Stetson School of Business and Economics where she graduated cum laude.
Jason Williams serves as President of Janus International Group, LLC ("Janus Core") and is responsible for Janus Core's strategy including oversight of sales, marketing, financial performance, and product development. Williams joined Janus from Fortune Brands Innovations (NYSE: FBIN) where he was President of the Security business unit following the Yale and August acquisition from ASSA ABLOY (STO: ASSA-B). Prior to that, he served as the President of Smart Residential for ASSA ABLOY leading the business since the inception of its first smart lock in 2011. Mr. Williams graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology and received his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
