Located beside an active runway, the project required an innovative underground design to meet FAA regulations while maximizing rentable space. Janus provided the complete interior hallway and door system, helping create a modern, climate-controlled facility.
Building this facility was no ordinary project. Located in one of Nashville’s fastest-growing urban neighborhoods, Ferrogate Investments set out to redefine what self-storage could be. The result: 92,000 square feet of modern storage with 1,131 units, operated entirely by Nokē Smart Entry technology.
