One manufacturer gives you commercial sheet doors, rolling steel doors and door operators in every model, size and option, built at three manufacturing facilities and shipped from three distribution centers across the country. Delivery, receiving and the damage policy

Milk Run deliveries run throughout Georgia and the Southeast and to Southern California stops in Pomona, Palm Springs, San Jacinto and Rancho Cucamonga. Ask to get on the delivery schedule when you order.

Janus doors are packaged and loaded with care to minimize transit damage. Small dents, dings and light paint wear in transit are classified as normal and are not a reason to refuse delivery; touch-up paint is supplied. Visible shipping damage beyond that must be reported immediately: show the carrier the damaged carton, open and inspect it before signing, and if the door inside is damaged do not accept it. Janus cannot be responsible for damage or missing items once a delivery has been signed for. Normal wear of the painted curtain surface from metal-to-metal contact as the door coils is not covered under the paint warranty, consistent with DASMA guidance. Install, service and warranty

Installation instructions, clearance requirements, shop drawings and technical specifications for every series are collected in the Technical Library. Frequently used documents:

Fire door training

Rolling fire doors must be drop tested and inspected at least once a year by a trained technician, and a drop test follows every repair. Janus offers fire door training for dealers and their customers using the industry-recognized IDEA curriculum, with hands-on installation and drop-testing training toward the drop-test points required for certification.
