Nokē provides 3 robust options for Entry Access: Nokē Screen, Nokē Pad, and Nokē Keyless.  Designed to take the guesswork and headaches out of tenant access.

DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY:

Our Nokē Smart Entry platform is SOC 2 Type II certified, reflecting an independent audit of our security, availability, and confidentiality controls, which are designed and maintained to help protect personal information. The platform is developed with reference to key data protection principles and is intended to support alignment with applicable United States and international privacy laws, including, but not limited to, the California Consumer Protection Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act), the General Data Protection Regulation, and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.

NOTICE REGARDING THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT:

Customers and Tenant End Users who access facility access points and storage units via the Nokē "Storage Smart  Entry" Access Smart Phone application(s) will be able to use an Apple iOS SmartPhone or Google Android SmartPhone in order to do so. Additionally, Tenant End Users will have an option to use a Nokē Key FOB in the case they do not have or do not want to use a supported SmartPhone. The FOB alternative to the SmartPhone option can be made upon request to Janus at any time.
