Chief Executive Officer
Ramey Jackson is the CEO of Janus International Group, the leading global manufacturer of doors, hallways, relocatable storage systems, and smart entry and facility automation solutions for the self-storage industry. He brings a wealth of experience to this role, including nearly two decades in sales and marketing leadership roles within the self-storage industry. Prior to joining the Janus team in 2002, Jackson served as a regional sales manager at Doors and Building Components Inc. and in sales and marketing at both Atlas Door and GA Power.
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Anselm Wong is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Janus International Group. He joined the company in 2022 and brings 28 years of experience in finance leadership and strategy to his role overseeing Janus’s finance organization, including financial planning and analysis, accounting and reporting, internal audit, corporate development and investor relations. Previously, Wong served as CFO at GE Digital and Vice President and Deputy CFO at Resideo Technologies and multiple finance leadership roles at Honeywell International.
Chief Commercial Officer
Prior to assuming his new role as our Chief Commercial Officer, Pete Frayser was the Vice President of Sales & Estimating at Janus since 2019. Mr. Frayser has served the company in several other capacities including managing Janus’ business development efforts in Latin America, Asia, and Africa. Before joining Janus, Mr. Frayser worked for a real estate developer in Valencia (Spain) and later in the international sports industry with the NBA and MLB in New York. Pete has a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Georgia and a Master’s degree in International Trade from the University of Castilla La Mancha (Spain). Pete is based in Atlanta, GA and enjoys fly fishing and spending time with his wife and three children.
Executive Vice President
Morgan Hodges is the Executive Vice President of Janus International Group. Prior to co-founding the company in 2002, he owned and operated a general contracting firm which constructed, among other things, self-storage facilities. Hodges has more than 43 years of experience in the self-storage industry and is widely respected by industry participants.
Executive Vice President, Corporate Operations
Vic Nettie is the Executive Vice President, Corporate Operations of Janus International Group. Prior to joining the company in 2002, he was a senior manager with Doors and Building Components, Inc. and has more than 35 years of experience in installation and production of both commercial and self-storage products.
General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Elliot Kahler is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Janus International Group. He brings nearly a decade of expertise to the role. After joining Janus as Corporate Counsel in 2018, Kahler was integral in establishing the company’s in-house legal department and his deep acumen in corporate and transactional law has also helped Janus achieve significant growth. Prior to joining Janus, he was an Atlanta-based attorney, where he focused his practice on corporate and transactional law. Kahler is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia.
Chief Accounting Officer
David Vanevenhoven is the Chief Accounting Officer at Janus International Group. He joined the company in 2023 and brings more than 17 years of experience in financial accounting and auditing to his role of overseeing Janus’s accounting function, financial reporting and internal controls. Previously, Vanevenhoven served as Global Controller at Mirion Technologies, where he led accounting and integration of several acquisitions, Assistant Corporate Controller/Director of Accounting at Fleet Farm (a KKR Portfolio Company) and Senior Manager at KPMG.
Vice President of Human Resources
Rebecca Castillo is the Vice President of Human Resources at Janus International Group. She joined Janus in 2016 as Director of Human Resources, bringing more than 25 years of dedicated human resources work to help shape the processes and augment the successes of recruiting, talent and employee relations within the Janus family of companies. Prior to joining Janus, Castillo served as a Regional Human Resources Manager for a major landscaping firm, leading their employee relations and compliance functions.
President, Janus Core
Jason Williams is the President of Janus International Group, LLC ("Janus Core") and is responsible for Janus Core's strategy, including oversight of sales, marketing, financial performance, and product development. Williams joined Janus in 2025 from Fortune Brands Innovations (NYSE: FBIN) where he was President of the Security business unit following the Yale and August acquisition from ASSA ABLOY (STO: ASSA-B). Prior to that, he served as the President of Smart Residential for ASSA ABLOY, leading the business since the inception of its first smart lock in 2011. Mr. Williams graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology and received his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
