Terry Bagley is the President of Industry & Partner Relationships at Janus International. Terry oversees and fosters relationships with industry technology partners, strategic merger and acquisition opportunities, international business development, and expanding relationships with institutional customers. He’s spent more than 16 years providing leading-edge technology tools to the self-storage industry.
Alan Campbell is the Vice President of Operations for Smart Entry & Facility Automation division at Janus International, the leading manufacturer of self storage doors, hallways, relocatable storage solutions, and smart entry and security technology. Campbell has been in the self-storage industry for nearly two decades working with developers on ground up development projects, conversions and expansions, door replacements and unit remixes, and leading the Smart Entry & Facility Automation field services team.
Craig Conway serves as the Group Managing Director of the international operations at Janus, overseeing all manufacturing and business activities across the UK, Europe, and Australasia. Since joining the Janus Group in 2019, Mr. Conway has held several key leadership positions, including Production & Logistics Director, International Production Director, and International Director of Nokē Smart Entry.
A qualified engineer with a diverse professional background, Mr. Conway brings extensive experience across multiple industries, consistently driving innovation, operational efficiencies, and cultivating strong customer relationships.
Mr. Conway, his wife, and their five children reside in the Northeast of England, UK.
Christine DeBord continues her leadership within the organization as the Vice President of Sales – Nokē. Joining Janus in 2018, DeBord has been an instrumental asset, serving in various leadership roles throughout the company. In her new position, DeBord will oversee Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support functions for Nokē, Inc. and Nokē Smart Entry. DeBord will lead the charge in expanding Sales and Marketing efforts to support continued growth and accelerate future development.
Dianne Hammond is the Vice President of Inside Sales for Janus International Group. Dianne has been with Janus since 2005 and has proven to be an essential member of the management team thanks to her immense industry knowledge and commitment to customer satisfaction. Prior to her appointment to Vice President, she served as the Director of Inside Sales. Dianne began her career in the door industry at DBCI, working the night shift as a team member and was steadily promoted over a 6-year period to the Inside Sales Manager role. Through the course of Dianne’s 25+ years in our industry she has mentored and fostered many careers and currently leads a team of over 30 professionals.
Mr. Higashi, was appointed President, Western Division; Self Storage in 2009. Prior to Janus he was the owner of Epic Doors. Mr. Higashi has over 20 years of experience in the roll-up steel space in some capacity.
Roc Hughes serves as the Vice President of Self-Storage Sales for Janus International Group. Prior to this role, Hughes was the Vice President of Business Development for BETCO, a sister company to Janus International Group. In addition to these leadership roles, Hughes has brought his wealth of knowledge of the self-storage industry, as both supplier and owner, to the R3 and international sales teams. He’s been a leader and mentor within the Janus family of brands for over 20 years. His interests include spending time with his family, traveling, fishing, hunting, and skiing.
Megan Kahler serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the Janus Core Business Unit of Janus International Group. Mrs. Kahler began working for Janus in 2010, garnering 13 years of operational and accounting experience with the company. Prior to her promotion to CFO of Janus Core, Kahler was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s accounting operations, as well as the company’s subsidiaries. Kahler played a fundamental role in the company’s two private equity sales (Saw Mill Capital (2013) and Clearlake Capital Group (2018)) as well as facilitating multiple buy-side M&A transactions, and the company’s public offering via reverse merger in June 2021. Kahler holds a BBA in Accounting and a Master of Professional Accounting (MPAcc) from the University of West Georgia.
Sanjay Khinvasara is the Executive Vice President & Chief Engineering Officer for Nokē, Inc. Khinvasara brings over two decades of technical experience in Product & Software Delivery. Khinvasara joined Janus from Fiserv, where he held positions of Vice President of Product Development & Strategic Programs Leader. Khinvasara spent much of his earlier career with Oracle Financial Services.
Dennis Owens serves as the Vice President of Commercial Sales for Janus International Group. Prior to this role, he excelled as the Director of Commercial Sales driving growth and innovation across the Janus family of commercial brands. Owens’ career in the overhead door industry has spanned 40+ years across multiple disciplines including engineering, marketing, sales and as the owner of a door manufacturing company and a commercial door distributorship. He is a native of Arkansas and along with his wife enjoys spending time with the families of their two daughters and son along with their four grandchildren.
Mr. Prybyloski joined the Janus team in 2016 and is the Company’s Vice President of Purchasing. Prior to Janus, Mr. Prybyloski held roles as President, Vice President of Sales, and Business Development Manager for Metal Coaters, a business segment of NCI Buildings and has over 35 years of experience in the steel producing, painting and processing industry in various positions at US Steel, New Process, and Coilplus before joining Janus. Mr. Prybyloski graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
Suzanne Reitz serves as the Vice President of Marketing for Janus International Group. Reitz joined Janus in late summer of 2022. She brings over 20 years of experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, and team leadership to the Janus portfolio of companies. Prior to joining Janus’s team, Reitz was the Director of Marketing and Communications for a large healthcare organization and spent much of her early career with 360i in Atlanta. She received her Master of Science degree in Digital Media from Georgia Tech and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Affairs from Georgia Tech.
