   This sub-processor is a group affiliate of the data importer and owner of proprietary technology used to provide access solutions and related services to the data exporter under the Service Agreement. Due to its role in enabling the provision of services by the data importer and its other group affiliates, sub-processing may involve the retrieval, use and dissemination of personal data transferred under these Clauses.
