      Finding the MAC Address of a Device

      How to find the MAC address of a Nokē Device

      To find the MAC address of a lock,

      • Open the Storage Smart Entry by Nokē app.
      • Tap the More icon (3 lines at the bottom right).
      • Scroll down to Device Scanner.
      • Wake the lock by pressing the white touchpad
      • .The MAC address will be 12 characters long and separated into pairs by colons. (Ex: A1:B2:C3:D4:E5:F6)
