Updating Battery Replacement

Currently, only Nokē Smart Entry Support users or Nokē Installers can report battery replacements. The Web Portal displays the Battery Replaced Date on the Unit Controllers details page or from the Network tab. This information is accessible to facility employees with the appropriate permission

To update this information, you will need a Nokē Smart Entry Support representative to assist. We are pleased to assist you with this process anytime. Please open the link below, fill out the form with a list of batteries to update, specify the date, and we will execute the update.

We will email you once the update has been completed.
The new date will be updated the next time the lock does a full diagnostic check, which could take up to a week before the next cycle.
