How to set up your facility to allow tenants to share access to their units with facility managers and employees.
Sharing Access to Units with Facility Managers & Employees
Tenants may need to share access to their storage units with facility employees for tasks such as:
- Package deliveries – Employees can place deliveries inside the tenant’s unit.
- Maintenance requests – Tenants can grant temporary access for repairs or inspections.
To enable this, the "Allow Manager Shares" setting must be turned on, and employees must have the "Open Manager Shares" permission assigned. Tenants can then share access through the Nokē Storage Smart Entry mobile app.
Understanding Access Permissions
The "Open Manager Shares" permission allows facility employees (non-tenants) to access units that tenants have shared with management.
