Vacating a Unit

You always move your tenants out via your PMS-- not from the NSE Web Portal or mobile application.

To move out a tenant,

Move out from your PMS, then follow these steps:

• If you are a GDS, Space Manager, Easy Storage Solutions, or storEDGE unattended user, the tenant loses unit access once move-out is processed in your PMS.

• For storEDGE, Sitelink, or Omni users, sync the PMS by logging into your organization's web portal, and then click Sync PMS.
