Switching to Another Facility

How to switch to a different facility within your company from the Web Portal.

All Facilities

Depending on how many facilities you have access to, you will land in either the All Facilities or the My Facilities page upon logging into the web portal.

To add frequently visited facilities to your My Facilities page, simply bookmark the facility from the All Facilities page and it will be added to your My Facilities list.

Switching to Another Facility

If you are assigned to multiple facilities, you can switch from one facility to another quite easily.

To switch to another facility:

  • From the Overview homepage in the web portal, click on the back arrow icon and you'll be taken back to the My Facilities page, where you may switch to another facility

 

  • Simply click on the facility you wish to navigate to and you'll be redirected to that facility's Overview homepage

 

Permission Needed

No permissions are needed, the user just needs access to multiple facilities.
