How to set up and sign in to the Mobile App for the first time.

Setting Up the Nokē Storage Smart Entry Mobile App

To access your storage facility with the Nokē Storage Smart Entry mobile app, you’ll need to log in and set up your account. Follow these steps to get started.


Step 1: Log In to the Mobile App

  1. Open the Nokē Storage Smart Entry app on your smartphone.
  2. On the Login screen, enter your phone number.
  3. Check your messages for a verification code and enter it in the password field.
  4. (Optional) Log in with Email:
    • Tap "Login with Email" if you prefer to use your email address instead of your phone number.
    • If your phone number has a different country code than your facility, tap the Country Code dropdown and select the correct one.
    • The default country code is based on your facility's location.

Step 2: Create a Password

  1. When prompted, create a new password (must be at least 8 characters).
  2. Confirm your new password.

Step 3: Log In with Your New Password

You can now use your new password to log in to:
  • The Nokē Storage Smart Entry mobile app
  • The Web Portal (if applicable)

If you experience issues logging in, ensure:

  • Your phone number or email is correct.
  • You are entering the verification code correctly.
  • Your password meets the minimum 8-character requirement.
