Explanation about giving fobs to an auction winner

Nokē Smart Entry includes a feature that allows facilities to auction a unit when a tenant becomes delinquent. Some facilities may prefer to streamline the process by providing the auction winner with a fob to access the unit they won, eliminating the need for them to download the Mobile App. However, the current Nokē system does not support this workflow. At this time, access for auction winners must still be managed through the Mobile App, as there is no option to assign fob-based access for these scenarios.
