Reviewing the Activity Overview and Recent Activity Widgets

How to use the Activity Overview and Recent Activity widgets to open a window into your facility's day-to-day activity.

The Activity Overview widget offers valuable insight into the daily operations of your facility. It provides 24-hour data on gate, lock, and task activity, as well as the ability to review 7-day and 30-day activity trends. We recommend checking this widget first thing in the morning, as it shows how many tenants entered the facility after hours. Reviewing after-hours activity can help identify any potential issues and prompt action if necessary.

By reviewing the after hours activity, it is possible to determine whether it is necessary to review the camera footage to identify any potential issues. This widget provides details on any changes that may have occurred since the previous day, allowing for prompt action to be taken if needed.
